Hello Blog Friends,   How are you?   George and I are still here and we keep putting one foot in front of the other.... With our health problems,  we still feel blessed to be here enjoying God's beautiful world.

My header this month was taken by our neighbor across the street.  She sent the picture to us and said that they are enjoying seeing our yard.    (Taken on 3/28/25)

Here are six pictures of some of our Spring Flowers.  Hope you enjoy them.

MUCH LOVE,

Betsy and George

Our first flowers,   Purple Crocuses

Pink Hyacinths

Many years ago,  George's Dad gave us these little Daffodils...  Every year they keep coming back.  We named them. Dad Adams Daffodils... Aren't they sweet?

A close-up picture of our big Red Bud tree in our front yard.  You can see the entire tree in my header picture.

Our cute little Forsythia Bush in our front yard near the road. You can see it  also from my header picture this month.

From our garage area,   here is a good picture of the rows and rows of Daffodils. AND the grass is turning green.   WELCOME TO SPRING IN TENNESSEE!!!!

THANK YOU for posting these pictures. Spring flowers and the bright green spring grass make it look like the world is smiling after a brown winter.
Our hyacinths aren't blooming yet but the other flowers like you have are. The neatest thing about one section of our daffodils is a former owner planted them on the property line between us and the wooded area owned by the neighbor so once a year, we get a visual reminder of that diagonal line. We get lots of compliments on them, too. We are VERY thankful no predators like to eat them because we enjoy seeing them!

Good morning Betsy!! I was thrilled to see your post....You and George have the prettiest place and it is due to the hard work you two put into making the grounds so stunning. Your redbud tree is showing off right now!! Hoping April is a better month for you all, not only with the weather, but physically for you both. Big ol' hugs to you from me...

Hello Betsy and George,

I’m happy to know that despite the challenges you’ve been facing with your health, you continue to feel blessed and are able to enjoy the beauty of the world around you. That’s a wonderful attitude, and I’m sure it makes a big difference in how you experience each day.

The photos you’ve shared are absolutely beautiful. The purple crocuses and pink hyacinths are such a lovely reminder of spring’s arrival. I love the story behind the “Dad Adams Daffodils”—what a special way to keep his memory alive each year as they continue to bloom. The Red Bud tree and Forsythia bush look vibrant, and those rows of daffodils with the green grass really bring a sense of renewal and hope that spring offers.

Thank you for sharing your springtime with me. Wishing you both continued good health and many more joyful moments with each other.

Much love back to you both, Take care.
