Lovely, as always. Can't help noticing you are having temps in the 60's at night. Sure sounds nice!

Betsy, Your roses are outstanding! You and your gardener (was his name George? ☻) handle them expertly! I love that "Strike it Rich" one. It looks like it's name - rich.

BTW - I hear that there is a way to set up fb so that your blog will automatically appear there as a note...but I have not learned how yet. Maybe it is done from blogger?

My roses are all so tired from the drought and heat. How do you do this??

I really love seeing your roses!

In answer to your question, it appears that two of my boys are left handed and one is right handed. It's interesting, since Paul and I are both right handed.

So beautiful. My favorite is always the yellow rose. I know it doesn't, but my brain always tells me it smells better than any other.

The heat and humidity do wonders for your yard and your roses. My roses are done for awhile, but Evan's are blooming again.

All of the roses are just gorgeous, but my favorite of this group would be "About Face".
I don't know if I've said, but I love your header photo. Beautiful shot of the Canyon. And your blog colors make me think of Autumn! I bought some iced donuts at WallyWorld yesterday (just what I need...ha) and they were in Autumn colors. Can't wait! Although now that it is cooler, I'm not in quite as big a hurry because I know what comes after fall and I'm not too fond of that! Have a great day!

50 varieties? awesome. I don't know anything about roses except that they are lovely and one of my favorite flowers. My favorite color of roses is red, of course. the dark one, what variety is that?

Is this all of George's handiwork or do you help too? It is like our Parnell rose garden.

Betsy, your rose posts are always beautiful. How do you keep the deer away from them? I gave up on tea roses a long time ago because the deer would chomp the buds off just before they got a chance to blossom. Drove. me. nuts. LOL
We have a few fairy roses, and I guess they aren't as tasty, because the deer have left them alone for the most part.

I bet your yard smells heavenly!
