'a' not 'are'
I don't think I could pick a favorite, I love them all!
Hi Betsy, the beauty that surrounds your yard brings so much pleasure to not only you and George, but also all of us who stop by.
I love them all, I only wish I could smell them.
Be well n happy,
:)
Beautiful & Gorgeous ~ I mean Betsyful and Georgeous ... I LOVE you for sharing those roses with us! I can certainly understand why it's hard to pick a favorite. I'm just amazed that you know their names. I put a plant in and it's name is either Dead or Alive, Brown or Green.
Gorgeous. Picking a favourite rose is impossible, they are all my favourites.
What a yummy surprise on cold morning!!! Thanks for the "jump start"!!! Have a great weekend...
I love About Face but also Apricot Nectar.
What a beautiful variety Betsy. George certainly has the magic touch and how sweet to bring you one every day. I love roses. Growing up we had a lovely garden thanks to my Dad who was an incredible gardener. Whenever I see roses now I always think of the TLC he gave his and the joy they gave us in return. Thank you for sharing yours.
I can't pick a favorite...all are beautiful.
each and every one is gorgeous, my fav today is About Face. love it
We should rename Wildfire to Go Vols!
They are all so spectacular !
I can't wait for them to bloom again this year, such gorgeous colors, they bring a smile to my face :)

What a lovely sight while being surrounded by winter beige. All lovely but Wildfire jumped out at me.
Perfect timing for this post. Viewing your (George's) beautiful roses have helped me fortify my senses for a rather large snow that seems to be hovering over our area.
Best,
Bonnie
Enjoying your *Best of* series!!!
Now aren't you Blessed to have such a sweet and caring hubby....and one that knows how to grow such gorgeous roses! Makes my heart sing to see these beautiful flowers...They really are a sight to be captured in photos...glad you did!
Have a great Friday...stay warm!

George is a romantic devil and a talented gardener. I have a horrible time trying to grow just ole Knock out roses. Maybe you can lend me George next spring. I did enjoy the breath of spring and summer these gorgeous blooms provided. Thanks for sharing and wishing you a great weekend too. Peace
I can see why you had a hard time choosing these few photographs from your vast collection. It was hard for me to pick favorites from this bunch, but the two photos I thought the prettiest were the ones of About Face and Apricot Nectar. Those two made beautiful macros.
I love them all, Betsy, and I appreciate you and George sharing them with us. Just wish I could smell their sweet fragrance.
I tried to grow roses back in the 1990s, but gave up when they required pesticides. I was afraid of contracting leukemia! Your roses are beautiful, and how sweet of George to bring one to you daily during the spring and summer. My dad used to bring in gardenias for my mother.
wow. that about face one stole my heart, but the apricot one came in close, too!
Oh Betsy, I never tire of looking at your Rose's!! I can imagin the beautiful aroma in your garden when they are in bloom!
Thank you for sharing your favorites! I of course can't pick just one! Hehe.
Have a fabulous weekend!
Debbie
I love the double delight - gosh your roses are so pretty - I am envious in a very nice way. So do you have to cover them in the winter? When will they start growing. Sandie
I love roses but sadly the only kind I have been able to grow here in Indiana are the Knockout roses. They are pretty but not gorgeous.
Your roses are so exquisite! And how wonderful to be able to have them in your house every day!! AND how wonderful to have George bring them to you!! Beautiful post for the day, Betsy!! Have a lovely weekend!
Sylvia
Roses are always so beautiful. Blessings, Diane

Summer Of Love and About Face!!!! The Summer Of Love, the way you managed to capture the light, the shadings, the water drops, everything is totally perfect, and perfectly beautiful!!!! Hope you have a great weekend, let me know how things are going with you all and George's dad.
Always a joy to see your beautiful roses!!
Your roses are beautiful! I love the orange one,but they are all perfect! Blessings Jane
Betsy
I didn't realize you had so many varieties of roses-They are sweet to the eyes in the middle of winter
Hi Betsy, these are some gorgeous roses. I can almost smell their scent just looking at them!
My good friend's husband grows beautiful roses like George does. When they moved from their former home a few years ago, Bob left behind dozens of rose bushes. The new owners could have cared less and let all those beautiful roses just fend for themselves. Well, you know how that went. How anyone could do that do a beautiful rose garden, I'll never know!
I tried George's method of growing them in pots this year with a couple. They did really well. I'll be interested to see if they wintered over nicely. Looking forward to warm weather again and flowers!!
Have a great weekend!
Yes, Betsy, you two are blessed to have each other. You enjoy so many of the same things. I love that first rose you posted today best of all these. Great roses and great photos, all.
Oh, they're beautiful! Isn't it hard to wait for winter to be over and have them blooming again!? I can't believe you were able to choose just a few!
I wish it was rose growing weather here. I shall have to be satisfied looking at your beauties.
Happy weekend Betsy!
xo Catherine
Apricot Nectar is my favorite out of this bunch...beautiful! Tell GEorge he does a tremendous job :)
You are a lucky girl! I love them all, but the About Face is perhaps the most unique for me!
Have a great weekend!

They're all so pretty, Betsy, I don't know how you narrowed it down to just these. You are indeed lucky to have a hubby who treats you so well. :D It's nice to see all these beautiful colors. Outside my window is nothing but white snow and more white snow right now. Hope you have a nice weekend!
Yes, you are lucky, Betsy! Thanks for sharing your beautiful roses. They are exquisite and can't wait for this year's crop to bloom.

What a blessing to be able to enjoy looking at these fabulous amazing roses in the dead of winter! Thank George for us please!!
Seeing such pretty roses did my heart good, Betsy! I like the Ronald Regan rose and A Capella. Hope we don;t get too much snow this weekend. Stay safe and warm!
One of my favorite flowers is the rose and you sure have some pretty ones.
Blessings and have a wonderful week end

Your roses are always so beautiful Betsy, I love them all. The photo of About Face is just gorgeous. You should print that one and frame it.

Fantastic shots of beautiful roses. They are quite delicate and perfectly colored.

I keep smelling the ones at the stores but can;'t find any with the scent I so enjoy. Lovely selection here
Man Betsy, your 2011 roses were spectacular. Do you ever enter them in competition? Have a good weekend.
Great Rose parade here Betsy.
Glad you didnt catch the bug, I got rid and changed my pass words.
Yes, you are blessed to have roses everyday in the summer! Just looking at the pics, I bet the fragrance comes to you as well as the visual of where it sat in your home.
How beautiful! Yes, your hubby is definitely a keeper!
They are all beautiful but my favorite is the Apricot Nectar with Moonstone a close second.
You are one lucky lady:)
...that you are, Betsy! ...and your roses are gorgeous. I know...I've seen them in person! :-)
Love the roses, especially when it's 0 outside my kitchen window. Yikes!!!!!!!
They are all beautiful, of course, but my favorite of these is the
A Capella with Moonstone a close second. I like the ones with either varigated coloring or just a hint of a different color at the tips.
Yes, you are lucky and it's always esp. wonderful when a person knows it. :>)
You know, when it comes to flowers, I usually hope my hubby brings home daisies and iris bouquets, but your roses ARE beautiful. Thanks for brightening up a dreaRy day up here!
Beautiful Roses, Betsy. George really has a knack for showing their beauty. Maybe I should get the one called 'Summer of Love'. hahaha!!!

Every one a beauty!
Your roses are amazing, and you share such lovely photos of them, too. You are a lucky girl, Betsy!
Your beautiful roses are always well worth a second or third look and sniff, sniff before I retire to bed.
Have a blessed evening, Betsy.
Warm hugs,
Pam :)
Looking at your gorgeous roses sure beats looking at the dreary landscape right now! Beautiful and so colorful! I never can decide on a favorite.
Yes, you are certainly the luckiest woman in the world! I am trying to pamper my wife too like how George does but I failed! She just got mad with me this morning! How I wish I could give your beautiful roses to her with many kisses!
