Lovely, as always. Can't help noticing you are having temps in the 60's at night. Sure sounds nice!
Betsy, Your roses are outstanding! You and your gardener (was his name George? ☻) handle them expertly! I love that "Strike it Rich" one. It looks like it's name - rich.
BTW - I hear that there is a way to set up fb so that your blog will automatically appear there as a note...but I have not learned how yet. Maybe it is done from blogger?
My roses are all so tired from the drought and heat. How do you do this??
You guys have amazing success with roses.
I really love seeing your roses!
In answer to your question, it appears that two of my boys are left handed and one is right handed. It's interesting, since Paul and I are both right handed.
So beautiful. My favorite is always the yellow rose. I know it doesn't, but my brain always tells me it smells better than any other.
Since my roses are suffering from weather abuse, I will enjoy yours. Thank you.
until I found you blog, i had no idea there were 55 different types of roses, it has been and education to see all your beautiful roses. sheer magic
As I have come to expect, each of these is gorgeous. If only you lived closer,I could come to see them for myself.I am on a quest to find that 'perfect' rose picture and have it enlarged for my living room wall.I am sure I could find it on your yard.I all just keep on dreaming fro now.
The roses are beautiful and you get one everyday to smell. Lucky you! I am on facebook but don't look at it very often.
oh my goodness. about face just stole my heart. :)
So beautiful. The "About Face" is absolutely gorgeous.
Gorgeous, I love flowers of all kinds!
George is having another successful year with the roses...I fell for About Face too.

FAB-U-lous!! Also love your masthead. One of the best captures I've ever seen of the Grand Canyon, and you know I've lived in AZ for over 40 years now!! Best wishes my friend.x-cassie
I'm in love with Moonstone ... I'll have to do some research! About facebook ... blogger has a gadget you can place at your posts ... hope that helps.
What a fabulous rose garden you have! You have the most amazing gardener - he seems to know just what the roses need to show off their excellence! The About Face is definitely different. Enjoy!!

I scrolled down to your 1st rose & wanted so badly to smell it... it's bee u tee ful =)
Strike It Rich & About Face... my faves, but I'm thinking that the Sedona is the richest smelling one... am I right? Seems like those are the ones that really belt it out
Someone there sure has a green thumb, just gorgeous.

Medallion would be my favorite. Beautiful roses Betsy. Diane
P. S. thanks for the sweet anniversary wishes.

Amazing collection of roses.
The heat and humidity do wonders for your yard and your roses. My roses are done for awhile, but Evan's are blooming again.

I am always awestruck by your roses. This last one more than ever. I've never seen one like that..truly beautiful.
It is soooo much fun seeing you on Facebook. Looks like you are having a lot of fun. ^.^)
Strike It Rich is my favorite, and it looks very similar to About Face!
That last rose is my favorite, does it have a good smell to it?
I don't have a personal facebook but will try to link you to my business facebook page.
Blessings to you

Betsy:) your roses are stunningly beautiful. Good on you and George for producing these beauties. I'm contemplating joining Facebook some time soon. Have a great weekend. Blessings, Jo
A rose post from a ROSE of a person..Love that Header toooooo
All of the roses are just gorgeous, but my favorite of this group would be "About Face".
I don't know if I've said, but I love your header photo. Beautiful shot of the Canyon. And your blog colors make me think of Autumn! I bought some iced donuts at WallyWorld yesterday (just what I need...ha) and they were in Autumn colors. Can't wait! Although now that it is cooler, I'm not in quite as big a hurry because I know what comes after fall and I'm not too fond of that! Have a great day!
Always like looking at roses. They have the neatest names too.
They're gorgeous, Betsy. I love the one called "About Face." :)
All of your roses are so beautiful Betsy, it is hard to pick a favorite but I'm partial to About Face.
It looks like the heat has not hurt them, I know mine seem to enjoy the really hot days.
Love that About Face!!
A splendid display of the most beautiful roses Betsy. Just gorgeous!
Your rose posts continue to amaze me. I do not have a single plant now and I miss them but I do enjoy yours.
Hi Betsy, Strike it Rich looks like my choice. I think you and your husband have a gorgeous rose garden. Have a great evening and a super Friday tomorrow!
How do you keep the names straight? Do you have a name tag or map? Seriously, what method do you use?
Beautiful. I love the Paradise rose. Tell George to keep up the good work. Peace
Gorgeous... You guys sure do have some beautiful roses.
wow that's a lot of different varieties you have. These are all gorgeous. One is just as lovely as the next.
Best it smells wonderful in your yard!
The about face rose is so unusual? Looks so pretty!
NO DOUBT IN MY MIND, YOU TWO HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL YARD IN YOUR AREA.
Each of your roses are gorgeous! From the first roses on my wedding day (29+ years ago) to the ones my hubby has given me recently, I have enjoyed their fragrance and beauty and then dried them to display in various parts of our home :o) I love the colors on your About Face rose!
Blessings & Aloha!
Thank you again for your lovely visit!
You always have the best roses Betsy!!!
They must be happy to live in your yard. ;)
xo Catherine
50 varieties? awesome. I don't know anything about roses except that they are lovely and one of my favorite flowers. My favorite color of roses is red, of course. the dark one, what variety is that?
Is this all of George's handiwork or do you help too? It is like our Parnell rose garden.
Oh, Betsy, I love that About Face!
Betsy, your rose posts are always beautiful. How do you keep the deer away from them? I gave up on tea roses a long time ago because the deer would chomp the buds off just before they got a chance to blossom. Drove. me. nuts. LOL
We have a few fairy roses, and I guess they aren't as tasty, because the deer have left them alone for the most part.
I bet your yard smells heavenly!
