Watching the sunset from our cruise ship!!!! |
Today is just a fun post ---hoping to make you smile..... George and I LOVE sunsets and sunrises... Some of the most joyful times in my travels are when we can see a glorious sunset/sunrise.... We've seen many many through the years on our travels --and never tire of seeing them...
SO--today I picked out some to share with you... Just grab a cup of coffee or hot tea, sit back, and just SMILE..... We all need to SMILE a lot, don't we?

Hope you enjoyed!!!!

Not a bad one in the bunch. These are all beautiful
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of a sun dog.
Hello Betsy, gorgeous collection of sunset photos. The are all beautiful scenes too. Happy Monday, enjoy your day and new week!
ReplyDeleteYou captured some beauties and you guys have hardly changed since then.
ReplyDeleteHi Betsy
ReplyDeleteSo many different amazing sunsets!!!
I definitely love sunsets and sunrises! In the sea or in the mountains, there is not something more beautiful and that leaves us immobilized. I just can not think of anything at this time, nor problems, nor solutions, just admire and admire ...
Many hugs from the tropics!

Thanks for all these beautiful pictures and for the memories. We have definitely been blessed to see some gorgeous sunsets.
ReplyDeleteAll of those were lovely. We see some lovely sunsets almost every night from our home on the 11th floor here. My camera would never be able to capture the grandeur because the sunsets are almost 180ยบ. I'll just enjoy your photos, so keep posting them.
ReplyDeleteBetsy, Nice photos as usual! We rarely see sunrises...maybe on the first day of a long trip where we have to start early. Otherwise, the sun is already up when we get up. Our version of retirement after so many years of getting up well before dawn! Sunsets are us~ Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeleteOh my - such gorgeous gorgeous shots.
ReplyDeleteI use to moan that sunsets and rises were too brief. Sometimes just running in to get a camera and you miss a lot of it. Now I realize that they are so brief only increases their value.
ReplyDeleteAll yours are stunning but that one at Ocean Isle Beach, 2013 would have made me stop breathing.
I adore sunsets but that first one of the dramatic clouds over the ocean is simply stunning. Thank you for sharing with us on this rather bleak winter day up north.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
A post of splendor today!! My favorites are the first one, and the Ocean Isle 2013. But they are all so gorgeous and uplifting!! And I absolutely love you and George on your honeymoon!!! What a treat, to visit and see this!
ReplyDeleteYou have seen a lot of beautiful sunsets. Even better, you recorded them for us to enjoy too. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletePhenomenal! I think my fav is the one in Arkansas! You've got the tree branches in front and it just looks spectacular!
ReplyDeleteI too love sunsets and sunrises. They sure are pretty.
Hugs
As you said, they are all different but each one is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! This post is filled with so much beauty.I love sunsets and can hardly wait to get out and capture some new ones.
ReplyDeleteYou have some beautiful sunrise/sunset pics, and you are so right...no 2 sunsets are alike. Thank you for sharing them.
ReplyDeleteBetsy - sunsets are one of my favorite photos to look at. I think it reminds me of God. He sure makes them pretty doesn't he?
ReplyDeleteThey are all delightful and different.
ReplyDeleteDear Betsy, so much beauty. These are all awesome, but the one that stopped me in my tracks was the one there in Tennessee--Fairfield Glade. The water reelection of the sky is truly lovely. Thanks for sharing. Peace.
ReplyDeleteI usually can manage one or the other - most often sunrises! Loved seeing your collection, Betsy. I’m smiling at the beauty.
ReplyDeleteWow, Betsy! These are all spectacular. What fun to see so many in one post.
ReplyDeleteALL of the sunset pictures are beautiful! I do love that second one the best though, the one after the top honeymoon cruise one. It's amazing how God paints the skies for us with so much beauty and so much color.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Sunsets and Sunrises. Happy blogging, Betsy:)
ReplyDeleteLovely and joyful! It's fun to see you two when you were kids on a honeymoon cruise!
ReplyDeleteThese beautiful sunsets did make me smile! I love sunsets and never tire of seeing photos of them. I'm so happy we get a good view of both sunsets and sunrises where we live. But my favorite place to capture a sunset is at one of our city lakes. Seeing the reflection of the sky on the water doubles the beauty of them. Some day I hope BG and I can go to Mt. Nebo and see them there! xx Cheryl
ReplyDeleteEveryone of these are glorious! I love Grand Canyon photos since I went there. Y’all sure do travel, such a sweet thing to do
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing all your gorgeous photos, Betsy!
