Can you choose a favorite or two???? I had trouble --but will tell you my favorites at the end of this post.... Get a cup of coffee and sit down and enjoy seeing these gorgeous wreaths. Be sure to click on them for enlargements.
Well----what do you think????? I like the 3rd one ---but I'm not creative enough to appreciate the chipped-paint door.. I think it detracts from that wreath... SO---my favorites are the first one with the ferns and the last one.... Which ones did you choose?
Have a wonderful weekend and I will see you on Monday.
Hugs,

I always enjoy your Biltmore posts. This one is especially beautiful with its clear focus on the wreaths of the season.
ReplyDeleteI love them all but number three is my favorite too. I like the shabby chic, paint chipped door too. I used to have an old table that would match it.
ReplyDeleteI think I like 6 & 9.
ReplyDeleteThey are all pretty, but I must say after scrolling a couple of times...my favorite is the header.
ReplyDeleteNice photos of the wreaths.
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful wreaths, Betsy! Way too hard to pick a favorite. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Betsy ~ What a great holiday post. #4 is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs ~ FlowerLady
I like the one on your house on your header.
ReplyDeleteThey're all beautiful, Betsy. But I like the first and third ones the best. Have a great weekend. (((Hugs))) Jo
ReplyDeleteI love when you and George visit Biltmore! Always great pix. My favorite wreath -- the one that smells the best! ;)
ReplyDeleteI love them all but the third one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI like one and the last one because of the windows behind them..
ReplyDeleteI need one of those, I couldn't get in the mood this year to make one.
ReplyDeleteI like that third one with the chipped door behind it. It's so unusual. I presume it's a living wreath with growing plants?
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the second set of double door wreaths. I like their earthiness with a touch of glamour.
ReplyDeleteSomeday I hope to get to Biltmore---maybe in two years when I'm retired and can travel in the off-months.:>)
btw I enjoyed your sweater comment on my post about adult blankies.
I'm not sure I can pick a favorite...All I can say is they make anything I have ever created or bought look pretty shabby.
ReplyDeleteI would pick number 3 also because it is so unique. But I think it would look better on a different background. however, having said that - they are all so gorgeous I would take any of them if they gave them to me.
ReplyDeleteBetsy, I'm not really into wreaths...but my wife is! (For me, too much expense for something beautiful that is soon discarded) However, my favorites from your blog are the one with the artsy chipped paint door and the last one. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful...love the one with the hens/chicks! Would never have thought of that. I really don't know which is my favorite...
ReplyDeleteThey all are beautiful but I think I like the more traditional wreaths. I like the 3rd set with the Magnolia leaves. When I worked at Emery's garden we made fabulous wreaths that we sent out all over the country. It sure was fun. MB
ReplyDeleteI like your header and side bar words and pictures. Thank you for all of them. My favourite wreath is the unusual one with the tropical plants hanging on the 'shabby chic' door. I didn't notice the door until you mentioned it and I took a second look. (My brain must have been concentrating on the lovely wreaths).
ReplyDeleteMy favorite was the third one. I didn't even notice the door. Had to go back and look after reading on :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a decision! They are all beautiful. I think I'd choose the 2nd one because I love the red ribbon in it, but I'd have to remove those long thingys hanging from it!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day! The weather is going to be wintry here.
I think I had the same reaction to the one on the chipped-paint door. It's a beautiful wreath, but not very well displayed. These are all lovely, though. Someone has some serious wreath-making talent.
ReplyDeleteHi Betsy!
ReplyDeletethey are beautiful wreaths indeed, I do like the ones you have picked, to be honest I would be happy with any one of those wreaths on my front door! x x x have a lovely weekend x x x
I like the last one best though they are all pretty.
ReplyDeleteI can't possibly pick a favourite. They are all lovely.
ReplyDeleteThey are all so pretty but my favorite is no.7. Must be the best time of year to visit Biltmore. Maybe I'll make it there some day!
ReplyDeleteThey really do have some beautiful ones.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your "Focus on Wreaths) Betsy! Wouldn't it be fun to actually work there? I think I could really enjoy working with all those plants!
ReplyDeleteThat fireplace is stunning! You and FarGuy are amazingly talented people!

ReplyDeletegood morning, betsy,
ReplyDeletethese are all just lovely! it's really hard to pick a favourite.
gorgeous photos as usual.
big hugs!
Hello Betsy!
ReplyDeletethe second picture is my favorite, without a doubt! More natural without many decorations ..... remember the delicacy of nature and the simplicity of Christmas!
Have a nice weekend!

Hi Betsy,
ReplyDeleteI love all your Christmas decorations. These beauties are awesome ones. May you send me one?
I've got your post at my blog.
I am very sorry to hear the sad news about the passing of George's daddy. Please, offer my deep condolences to your dear husband from Poet Starry.
Thank you so much for visiting me!
I truly enjoy going through your most amazing photos and stories.
Merry Christmas to you, sweet Betsy, George, family and beloved ones!
Big Hugs & All the Best,
Starry.
I think I like the last one...but, it's the window treatment that really makes it stand out.
ReplyDeletePs...love the lighted tree in front of the Biltmore...AND---love the name Bay Lee!!! Highly unique and so pretty for a girl's name.
ReplyDeleteMy fav is the one with the oranges, Betsy. Hope your Christmas preparations are going well.
ReplyDeleteThey're all beautiful and creative, but I was drawn to the fern one the most, too.
ReplyDeleteThe second one did it for me.
ReplyDeleteWent back to double check my favourite as I got the number wrong. So after recounting I like the 1st 3rd and 9th.
ReplyDeletewow, so many design. i can not pick a favorite. they are all so different & fun. we need to get back to Biltmore ... such an amazing home & gardens. ( :
ReplyDeleteThe Christmas Wreathes are awesome Betsy. What a lovely variety!
ReplyDeleteThe third down was my favorite but they are all pretty.
ReplyDeleteThey all are so very pretty. I think the last one would be my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI liked them all!
ReplyDeleteSomeone goes to a lot of work to decorate that mansion. I think my favorite - and I did like them all - was number 4. sandie
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to decide with so many beautiful wreaths to choose from. Each one is lovely and unique, just like you, Betsy.
ReplyDeleteIf I must pick one it would be the first one.
Hugs :)
I like simplicity so three is mine too. I love peeling paint as well so the door works as well for me.
ReplyDeleteThey sure made some lovely natural wreaths though.
Hi....So glad we crossed Google+ paths..lol. These wreaths are stunning. Love your photos. Can't wait to see more. BB
ReplyDeleteHi Betsy-I am glad to have found you. All the wreaths are beautiful so it is difficult to pick just one! Thank you for sharing and all the best to you!
ReplyDeleteBoy do those peeps at the Biltmore know a thing or two about creativity!! I love them all….wish I could have one on my front door. :)
ReplyDeleteNext to impossible to pick a favorite here but I favor the ones with pine branches in them. Some of the others are interesting but not necessarily my taste.
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful. I also think I like the third one best. Maybe because it's still living.
